ICONNIQUE LLC - TERMS OF SERVICE

Payment Authorization & Card Information

By booking a service with IconNique LLC, you authorize IconNique LLC to securely store your credit or debit card information. Your card will only be charged for the required deposit for your appointment or in the event of a policy violation outlined in these Terms of Service. By booking, you acknowledge that all payments, deposits, fees, and charges assessed under these Terms are valid, authorized, and enforceable.

Deposits & Payment Policy

Deposits are non-refundable and required to confirm your appointment. The deposit for The Glam Doll, Soft Matte Doll, The Simple Doll, The Prom Queen, The Prom Princess, and The Carnival Doll is twenty dollars. Deposits for Bridal Doll Faces and Spooky (FX) Doll Faces vary by service and must be discussed directly with IconNique LLC.

Deposits must be paid at the time of booking. If a deposit is not submitted upon booking, the appointment will be canceled. No-show appointments or cancellations made with less than seventy-two hours’ notice will result in the full service fee being charged to the card on file, and this charge is strictly non-refundable. Clients who arrive more than fifteen minutes late will have their appointment canceled and will be charged the full service amount. Selecting the incorrect service during booking may result in additional charges or service refusal.

Clients are allowed one rescheduling. A second reschedule will require a new deposit. Appointments not confirmed within twenty-four hours of the scheduled appointment time will be canceled.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable, do not expire, and may only be redeemed for IconNique LLC products or services.

Service Conditions

A valid government-issued ID must be uploaded to complete and secure all appointments. For The Prom Queen and The Prom Princess services, a school-issued ID must also be uploaded for age and identity verification. All IDs are used solely for identity verification and for the prevention of fraudulent bookings. Identification is not stored beyond verification and is never shared with any third party.

All services and product sales are final and non-refundable. Any dissatisfaction must be addressed during the appointment. If a client is unsatisfied with their makeup at the time of service, the makeup will be removed before the client leaves. Once the appointment is completed and the client exits the premises, no refunds, corrections, or alterations will be provided.

At the end of every appointment, you will be required to review and sign a Service Completion Form. This form confirms that the service was performed, that you were given the opportunity to express any concerns or dissatisfaction during the appointment, and that you left the appointment with the service completed to your acceptance. This signed form will be retained as part of your service record and may be used as documentation in the event of disputes or chargebacks.

Chargeback & Dispute Policy

By booking with IconNique LLC, you acknowledge and agree that all charges associated with your appointment, including deposits, late fees, no-show fees, incorrect service selection fees, and completed service charges, are authorized, valid, and non-refundable. Initiating an unsubstantiated chargeback after receiving a service or violating these Terms is considered fraudulent activity.

In the event of a dispute, IconNique LLC will provide the payment processor with detailed documentation including your signed Terms of Service agreement, uploaded ID verification, time-stamped appointment confirmations, service completion records, communication logs, and photo or video evidence taken during the appointment where applicable. This documentation will be used to demonstrate that the charge was valid and authorized.

Clients who submit fraudulent chargebacks will permanently lose booking privileges with IconNique LLC and may be subject to additional recovery efforts, including the involvement of collections if a balance remains unpaid.

Your booking, deposit submission, and ID verification serve as your electronic signature confirming your agreement to these Terms and your authorization of all associated charges.

Bridal Services

Bridal Doll Face services require a signed wedding contract, signed either electronically or in person. Bridal consultations are available but not mandatory.

Photography & Videography Consent

By receiving a service, you consent to photography and video recording during your appointment. These images or videos may be used for marketing purposes, including social media, website features, or promotional materials. All media captured by IconNique LLC is fully owned by IconNique LLC.

Liability Waiver

IconNique LLC is not responsible for allergic reactions, injuries, or complications that may occur during or after the service. Clients must disclose all allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to the appointment.

Online Courses & In-Person Classes

All online courses and in-person classes are final sale and non-refundable.

Ownership & Usage of Online Courses

All course materials are the intellectual property of IconNique LLC and are protected under United States copyright laws. Access is granted only to the original purchaser. Materials may not be copied, shared, distributed, or resold. Sharing login credentials or duplicating course content will result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.

Electronic Communications

By booking with IconNique LLC, you agree to receive texts, emails, phone calls, and voicemails for appointment confirmations, reminders, updates, promotional messages, and newsletters.

Agreement to Terms

By booking a service, submitting a deposit, uploading your identification, or enrolling in any course or class with IconNique LLC, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to all policies outlined in these Terms of Service. You further acknowledge that these Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and IconNique LLC and that your booking functions as your electronic signature and legal consent to all charges, policies, procedures, and conditions stated herein.

You understand that it is your responsibility to review these Terms prior to booking, and that continued use of IconNique LLC’s services signifies your acceptance of any updates or revisions made to these Terms. You agree that failure to follow any policy may result in fees, denied services, loss of booking privileges, or other actions deemed necessary by IconNique LLC.

By proceeding with any appointment or purchase, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and truthful, including your uploaded identification. You acknowledge that all charges associated with your booking, including deposits, completed service fees, no-show fees, rescheduling fees, late cancellation fees, and policy violation charges, are valid and authorized. You agree not to dispute these charges with your bank or card issuer, as you understand they are enforceable under this agreement.

Your continued engagement with IconNique LLC verifies your commitment to comply with all policies, your acknowledgement that all services are final sale, and your acceptance that these Terms protect both you as the client and IconNique LLC as the service provider.
