ICONNIQUE LLC - TERMS OF SERVICE

Payment Authorization & Card Information

By booking a service with IconNique LLC, you authorize IconNique LLC to securely store your credit/debit card information. Your card will not be charged unless required for a deposit or in the event of a policy violation outlined in these Terms of Service.

Deposits & Payment Policy

- Deposits are non-refundable and required to confirm your appointment. Deposit amounts are as follows:

- Glam Doll Faces, Prom Doll Faces, Carnival Faces: $20

- Bridal Doll Faces and Spooky (FX) Doll Faces: Deposit varies by service; contact IconNique LLC directly for pricing.

- Deposits must be paid at least 24 hours after booking your appointment. Failure to do so will result in cancellation.

- No-shows or cancellations with less than 72 hours' notice will result in the full service fee being charged to the card on file. This payment is non-refundable.

- Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will have their appointment canceled and will be charged the full service amount.

- Failure to select the correct service during booking may result in additional charges or service refusal.

Gift Cards

- Gift cards are non-refundable and can only be redeemed for IconNique LLC products or services.

- Gift cards do not expire.

Service Conditions

- All services and product sales are final and non-refundable.

- Dissatisfaction must be addressed during the appointment. If a client is unsatisfied with their makeup at the time of service, it will be removed before the client leaves the premises. Once the appointment is completed and the client has left, no refunds or alterations will be granted.

- Clients may reschedule one time only. A second rescheduling will require a new deposit.

- Appointments not confirmed within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be canceled.

Bridal Services

- Bridal Doll Face services require a signed wedding contract, either electronically or in person.

- Bridal consultations are available but not required.

Photography & Videography Consent

By receiving a service from IconNique LLC, you consent to photography and/or video recording during your appointment. These materials may be used for marketing purposes, including on social media and other promotional platforms. All rights to media captured by IconNique LLC are retained by the company.

Liability Waiver

IconNique LLC is not responsible for any allergic reactions, injuries, or damages that may occur during or after the service. Clients are encouraged to disclose any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to the appointment. For concerns or complaints, please contact IconNique LLC via email or phone.

Online Courses & In-Person Classes

All online and in-person makeup classes are final sale and non-refundable.

Ownership & Usage of Online Courses

- All course materials and digital content are the intellectual property of IconNique LLC and are protected under U.S. copyright laws.

- Access is granted solely to the purchaser and may not be copied, shared, resold, or redistributed.

- Login credentials must not be shared. Unauthorized use or duplication of any course material will result in termination of access and possible legal action.

Electronic Communications

By booking with IconNique LLC, you agree to receive communication via text, email, phone calls, and voicemail. This includes appointment reminders, updates, promotions, and newsletters.

Agreement to Terms

By booking a service, making a purchase, or enrolling in a class with IconNique LLC, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
